We had a baby and used Miami as a stopover before flying further ahead from the UK. They looked after us and the food provisionings were amazing. Room was clean and everything was just great

Great location. You can walk to everything. Staff is great too. Clean, modern enough and safe. I just wish they had a microwave, at least just one in each floor. But besides that, I can’t think of anything bad to say. Great price for the area also.

First, who ever checked me in was phenomenal. Very accommodating. The hotel itself was very beautiful, clean, and up to date. The location was prime, by many restaurants and Brickell City Center. Valet guys were fast and efficient. The entire stay was a 10.

When checking in the staff did not advise me of any of the amenities or what to do with my car. No valets for over 20 minutes wait. I had to ask for information as opposed to most 5* hotels advising you in advance. Also concierge where very grumpy. Nice hotel and excellent room. Great bar and bar staff. But front desk etc. were disappointing.
