I stayed at this property many times. My last stay I left my rings including my wedding ring in the drawer by the bed and called the hotel about an hour or 2 after I left and I was told it was not there. I am sure the cleaning person took them. I followed up many times to check on this. For them to reach out to the cleaner. But no one seem interested in assisting. this will I’m sure be my last stay at that hotel

The worst experience. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I had to check out early due to a family emergency. I called the hotel the next day to make sure they had checked me out—since I had returned the key before midnight and asked the front desk lady to process my checkout. They were extremely rude and even hung up on me twice. I will never stay there again.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay at The Brickell! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, and the atmosphere feels both upscale and comfortable. Our room was spotless with great attention to detail, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the San Juan breeze. The location is perfect! Super close to the airport…(about 10-15 mins), restaurants, and just a quick ride to Old San Juan. We also appreciated how quiet and relaxing it felt inside, even though everything we wanted to do was only minutes away. The service stood out the most. Every team member we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be recommending The Brickell to family and friends and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Puerto Rico!
