Jet blue rocks 1st time
The JetBlue representative that checked us in a true airport was super sweet and even went out of her way to ensure my family and I sat together (we have 2 small kids and it’s always so stressful when we’re not seated together). She also gave us 1st row seats which is so amazing and made our day. I couldn’t check in online the day before and she was the only one that actually gave me an explanation as to why I wasn’t able to
Great coffee !
Left and arrived on time
Everything was great from checking until landing
The only thing was my seat was in front of emergency exit and I could not lean the seat back and I’m not sure if it told me in the United check in website.

A flight from Chicago to Miami International Airport (MIA) takes you from the Windy City to a tropical destination in southeastern Florida. Lined with palm trees and surrounded by aqua colored water of Biscayne Bay, Miami is a true paradise. The resorts of Miami Beach contrast the hustle and bustle of the financial district in the Brickell neighborhood. The Miami Seaquarium is one of few places in North America where you'll see a killer whale jump and splash inside a saltwater swimming pool.
Interstate 95 is a major highway that connects Miami to the rest of the Atlantic Coast of Florida. After you pick up a rental car at MIA, you can use local roads such as Interstate 395 to visit the American Airlines Arena and Marlins Park. If you're a fan of contemporary art, tour the exhibitions and galleries at the Wolfsonian-FIU or Art Basel. Discover the unique Art Deco architecture of South Beach, which is lined with boutique hotels and upscale resorts overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The flight from O'Hare International Airport (ORD) to MIA takes just over three hours. You can quickly ride the MIA Mover to reach the terminals, parking garages and car rental centers. The Metromover is also an automated people mover that serves downtown Miami.
