we were charged an additional fee to select our seats, i thought tha was included in the price of the plane tucket, also the carryon fee could be a bit more inexpensive.
Flight attendants had. “Birthday party “ in flight for 2 little girls - had the whole plane singing happy birthday - that’s definitely a first!!!

We have problem with aeroplane broken, we have 3 hours waiting in the aeroplane, motor making noises. We still here in fort Lauderdale airport waiting.
Checked in with ms. Lorna. Absolutely exemplary service. And attendant on plane was superb as well.

Spirit airlines could at least serve water in a cup. I know they charge for EVERYTHING but water should be an exception. Doesn't have to be a bottle.
