This home is located about a mile from Birch Bay Drive and all our special resort community has to offer. From the moment you enter the property you will enjoy the open feeling of this home. Once inside you will find a nice sitting area should you want to have a visit with friends or a more quieter space. Exit that room into a great kitchen with lots of counter space. The Owner has taken extra steps to be sure you have all the things you need to prepare a large meal or light snacks. Dishes, serving platters, utensils , flatware and so much more. You have all the necessary appliances and walk in pantry to make it just like home. After you prepare your meal you have two dinning areas. One more formal than the other but perfect for a lovely dinner followed by lots of space for game night. The living room is cozy and comfortable complete with a gas burning fireplace. There is a laundry room for your use as well a a two car garage. Up the stairs you go to where all the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, spacious bathroom complete with jetted bath tub. There is a TV in this bedroom as well. The second bedroom has another Queen size bed. Have kids with you? If so you will love the kids room with a cute bunk bed, books, games and and more to make this a space the kids will love to stay. There is also an office should you have to do a little work while you are vacationing. As if this were not enough, if you go outside into the back yard you will find it fully fenced and safe to let the kids run. The playground set and sandbox are an added bonus. Also a great place for large BBQ’s or family event.
