Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The staff had zero accountability. I arrived at 2 PM, but no one opened the door. I tried to find their contact details, but the phone number listed on their website was incorrect. I contacted Expedia, and even after more than three hours of trying, they couldn’t reach the hotel either. They completely ruined my day. I was in that city for a job interview, and because of this mess, I missed it. I was stuck outside for over nine hours before I finally had to book another hotel.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Staff rarely replied before arrival when I had serious doubts about receiving my door code in time before my flight. The bedsheets were the ones used by the former guests, partially spread across the floor, stained. There was obviously no cleaning after the last guest. Since there's no reception, nobody will help you after 9 p.m. We never got new sheets, not even an answer.
