Awful. House was 95F/35C on arrival. If 80F or more outside, house was an oven. No fans, no curtains, still an oven late at night. The internet router is locked away in a cabinet that "local" property management does not have a key to, nor indeed was aware of. So after a storm, went on without internet but asked repeatedly (and owner came to property two days later allegedly to drop off key, but instead just helped himself to the shed. No key!). The call center in San Francisco has helpful people, but couldn't do much without local prop management participating. A good stay does not involve having to call, much less constantly..zero linen changes provided. One set of towels! Given one small $12 fan when communicated it was 90+F inside. Was told no to another fan. (Used my own.) House is not insulated, so house also cold when weather cooled down, heat was not on. Smaller windows difficult to open/close, not all blinds worked. Severe neglect. And no trash pick up, go to dump yourself, while all houses on street have bins...the neighbor had harsher words about the house, but we were calling it the Hell House. Avoid Doormat at all costs.
Good quiet location. Someone did dump their trash in the driveway once. Nice to have driveway, though looking at trash pile/dilapidated empty house adjacent. Cleaning was good other than under bed or outside windows. And inadequate linens, no internet access/use, plus issues because house is so hot inside, everything including you is gping to de
