Ótimo apartamento - proprietário muito simpático e prestativo

Fiquei durante quase 3 meses neste apartamento, e para mim, foram momentos maravilhosos. O apartamento possui móveis novos, está muito bem localizado, com uma padaria muito boa do lado, além de supermercados, postos de gasolina, restaurantes, ponto de ônibus, e com uma excelente estrutura de lazer para crianças, academia bem montada, piscina com churrasqueira, e salão de festas. Não posso deixar de falar também do proprietário, o Sr. Álvaro, que nos deixou muito bem a vontade, e sempre que precisávamos de algo, ele nos atendeu com muita simpatia. Acabou virando um grande amigo, e espero um dia retornar a BH para ficar no ap outra vez. Recomendo demais este apartamento.
