SUPER CUTE two-story townhome with loft near LSU and Downtown Baton Rouge!

It's a perfectly chic retreat space for you to enjoy! Amenities include two king beds (guest favorites!), day bed with trundle, full kitchen with coffee maker, wireless internet, three Roku TVs, washer and dryer, office space, and plenty of room to relax. The fully-enclosed garage is right behind our beautifully manicured, fenced-in back yard boasting a large patio and deck.

And did we mention super cute!?

Beautifully remodeled townhome near LSU and downtown Baton Rouge with a fully enclosed garage!!! You'll be in a quiet neighborhood that's not on a major throroughfare. The property has a fenced in back yard oasis with a dining set under a covered patio, and a large deck with seating for six!

You'll have access to the entire house, the garage, and the beautifully landscaped back yard, complete with a covered patio and large deck! You'll enter the garage with a key code then get your key and garage door remote in a lockbox in the garage and you're all set!

Coming and going at night? Both the garage and back yard have automatic motion sensing floodlights for your safety and convenience!

We have a strict no party policy, and we follow that to the letter. Baton Rouge law limits our guest count to two guests per bedroom, plus two, so our maximum occupancy is six. The city also has strict compliance regulations for short-term rental owners/hosts. Therefore, for compliance and insurance purposes, we limit the number of people on property to the number of guests on the reservation.

On the day before your arrival, you'll get all info about the house and our phone numbers for emergencies.

When the house is ready on the day of your arrival, you’ll get your custom code for the garage door opener and lockbox.

The evening before you leave, you’ll get all checkout directions.

Not only did Tiger Townhouse have a funky vibe to it with all the fun decor, but it was clean, included a wide array of amenities, and provided more than enough space for my family to really enjoy our stay! My kids loved the stairs & loft area while I really appreciated all the motion security lighting, enclosed garage space for our vehicle, the close proximity to LSU’s campus, and having two bathrooms was great! Don’t even get me started on the beds….I will have to ask our host about the mattresses and pillows because they were literally like sleeping on a cloud-my whole family raved about them! Thank you so much for the stay at Tiger Townhouse, we plan to be back!!
