Very nice typical apartment for 3 people located in the Poble-sec district. A few steps from the Molino Theater on Paral-Lel Avenue.





This apartment consists of a bright living room, with an equipped kitchen (induction hob, microwave, etc.), a dining room and a lounge (sofa, TV.). The sofa is convertible, and can accommodate 3 people.





The living room opens onto a balcony and is equipped with air conditioning.



On the night side, the apartment has one bedroom, with a Queen bed. The bedroom includes storage space and is air-conditioned.



You will also find a large bathroom, with a shower, toilet and sink.





The Apartment has an ideal location as it is close to the Paral-Lel metro station, allowing you to reach the center of Barcelona in just 5 minutes!
