Nice place. Not super convenient to attractions but not super far away. Needing to schedule and pay for someone to give us the keys to the apartment was a last minute surprise from ShBarcelona. I would avoid staying with ShBarceona in the future.

Avoid this place – terrible experience!

I stayed at this apartment in Barcelona from March 23 to 26, and it was an absolute disaster. Communication was awful—there’s no real interaction with anyone. You’re forced to use a chat on a website that isn’t always active, and when I called the agency managing the apartment, they had no idea about my reservation.Upon arrival, they sent an agent to give me the keys, but this person had no clue about the apartment. He didn't even know which company he worked for and had no contact information for the host. It was beyond unprofessional.The apartment itself was terrible—there wasn’t even toilet paper in the bathrooms! If I could get my money back, I absolutely would. Stay away from this place!
