Wonderful 6th floor room with Superking bed, excellent aircon and large terrace with loungers. Great reception staff. Restaurant has perfect rooftop position but disinterested staff. No drinks' service to general terrace it seemed. Breakfast uninspired .Local restaurants excellent.

Loved my stay at Sonder! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the hotel is located near many things to do. The only thing I wish they offered was an area where guests could lounge in, nonetheless I loved it and highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel but it there are some areas of it that could do with being upgraded slightly. It’s in a good location, close to the main shopping, historical and dining options. The young man we dealt with very early on the morning of our arrival was very helpful, however the promised message to let us know our room was ready wasn’t forthcoming which was disappointing. Overall though it was a nice place and fine for a few nights.

We had a lovely stay. Our room was lovely and clean and it was situated in a lovely part of Barcelona. A very disappointing part of our stay was our visit to the restaurant on the rooftop. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, they told us the rooftop was full, there were two tables full out of the whole restaurant and then tucked us away in the back of the terrace where no one came to take our order and we were left there for 20 minutiae. After that we left, so I would I recommend not visiting there if you want to have a nice time.

For a “4 star” hotel they didn’t even have a shower cap available in the room. Very few towels. Poor communication with staff.They didn’t have a phone available in the room and they didn’t tell me how to communicate with the front desk from the room. They charge me twice for taxes and I haven’t received a refund. It was clean and a good location.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated well. They took all the things out of the mini fridge so I could put my own things in there. However, beware the breakfast. They did not mention any cost to me so I figured it was included. Nope! 16 euros a day, which is a tremendous overcharge for what you get. 16 euros is what I paid in a restaurant for seafood paella. The hotel 16 euros breakfast is basically a Continental breakfast of very average quality. I could have gotten the same from a cafe for less than half the price, and I didn't even know I was paying for it!
