A spacious 2 bedroom apartment with small terrace in the heart of the bohemian district of Gracia.





The district of Gracia, is an old village and therefore has preserved its narrow streets at the bend of which you will appreciate its sunny squares for lunch or drink.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator. Strong point that will delight you, a small terrace to enjoy the balmy summer evenings or have a coffee while reading a book.

The living room is spacious where you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with its central island where you can have lunch. You will find a table for dinners, in the living room a sofa bed will complete the beds of both bedrooms and you will find a flat screen TV. The kitchen offers all the necessary appliances for your holiday, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a washing machine in a closet on the balcony.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms : the first with a double and bright bed with access to the terrace.

The second bedroom with 2 single beds also overlooking the terrace. The bathroom has a large shower and toilet. A typical apartment, in an innovative area for a group or family stay in Barcelona.

You will live a stone's throw from the Travesera de Gràcia, a main axis of the Gràcia district that is home to a large number of shops and small bars. You can visit La Sagrada Familia about ten minutes from your accommodation. The Plaza de la Vila de Gràcia with its imposing bell tower, also known as the Bell Tower of Gràcia, is not far from your residence.









-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.

-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.

-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.

-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).



-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.





Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.

The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.





Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.
