Toilet ran all night, water was like warm no cold water, heat didn't work properly, they refused to give us a handicap accessible room. We know they have them because we stayed in one on our last trip.

Room was lacking things such as towels washcloths chairs and bed spreads when I turned in my wash cloth and towel it was never returned and the wifi was horrible.. I said something to the staff and they dismissed my concerns

RODEWAY INN,(Life saver)

There is no laundry onsite, however the rates are fair,Parking right outside your room door,has peep hole in door...the cleaning crew does what needs to be done 👍 Sam is great always there to help,make sure you get your packages etc...Me personally I had Lysol,bed bug spray,Lysol cleaner spray, bleach,shower curtain,sheets and blankets...I also had broom,dust pan... That's just for any hotel we go to..my family,I are going through the struggle ATM and Rodeway Inn,Staff has definitely helped us get through...their rates is what we needed at that time,Rooms spacious,Internet, microwave,nice fridge in each room,table ,chairs,clean....I love and appreciate Rodeway Inn... Don't make little things big problems!!!Their cleaning crew is amazing!!! NO I SEEN NOT 1BEDBUG...IF I WOULD HAVE LISTEN TO REVIEWS,I WOULDN'T HAVE WENT...SO GLAD I DECIDED TO GO....PLEASE DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT GO AND CHECK IT OUT.... IT'S LOCATION IS GREAT TOO...QUIET, PEACEFUL....

It sucked. Motel service sucked. There was spots on the bathtub. Not enough equipment. (Bath) The guy Sam is his name had an attitude was about to make me punch him in his mouth. The reservation was messed up it wasn't what I ordered. I demand some of my money back. The microwave doesn't work there was no TV which wasn't the problem. The hotel keys didn't work part of the time. I wouldn't recommend a pitbull to that place. I demand so my money back. I'm from out of state and I almost left on the street for the first day because they did not honor my reservation. I don't even like Baltimore Maryland too many attitude problems here that will caise to get locked up. Paid all this money for sorry stupid service. Equipment didn't work. No TV in the room. Attitudes from the hotel staff. The guy Sam was very ignorant and needs to be fired. House keeping didn't do their job. Again I demand some of my money back. The only good thing about that room was that I got sleep but then my alglergors started acting up for some unknown reason. Maybe the room was dusty and dirty. For the last time I want some of my money back I demand it I have a right to do that because of the sorry suck ass service that made my trip half good The good things happen outside of the hotel when I got to see family and handle business. We book a non-smoking room, we got there at 3pm and the room wasn't, so thats fine, We waited. When we hot the key, the house keeping is still cleaning it… there was a strong bleach fumes all over the room, there was no towels available. I asked for some towels from the housekeeping lady, she said it’s coming… so we waited. It never came. We went out go that night and we came back between 2-3am, opened the door and a stench of cigarette smell in the room, and still no towels. So i went to the front desk to ask for some, the staff that was there was rude that I didn’t asked earlier and i should come back in the morning to get some. He was annoyed that i won’t leave without any and has to go check the laundry for some. He managed to get 2 towels and a few wash cloths, so i thanked him and got back to the room and the smell of smoke/cigarette was on everything. Makes me gag just thinking about it, Finally made it to bed and could not sleep from the stench especially the sheets and pillows, Finally slept around 6am, got up at 8:30 am and right next to slippers is a cockroach. My dad killed it. If there’s a negative 2,5 stars this guys deserves it.
