"My room didn’t have a blanket for the pull out couch. When I requested a blanket I was brought a stained red blanket with noticeable black spot aka a dirty washed used blanket. I expected the same clean white stain free blanket that was on the king size main bed. Other than that it was great. "

"Our shower was full of hair, folded towel had a long black hair on it along with a bug that I could not identify. Sheets had stains on them. The room and the rest of the property was severely outdated, furniture falling apart, walls chipping, burnt out light bulbs, etc. Would not stay again."

"There was no hot water in the showers in the rooms, The beds are extremely hard and they squeak when you turn at night. The rooms smell bad, there are people smoking in the rooms and the AC units are outdated for how new the hotel is. Also wall panels under the TV are falling, we can see all the cables from phone and tv."

While the atmosphere and décor matched the laid-back island vibe the brand is known for, the cleanliness of the unit was unacceptable. During my stay, I encountered a roach inside the room, which immediately raised serious concerns about hygiene and maintenance standards. This is something no guest should have to deal with, especially at a hotel that markets itself as a relaxing and comfortable getaway. I notified staff, but the situation still left a negative impression that overshadowed the rest of my visit. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and I hope management takes stronger measures to address pest control and overall room upkeep. Overall, the concept and location have potential, but issues like this make it hard to recommend staying here until improvements are made. "
