Waited 7 hours past check in to get my room. We got our room at 11 pm despite multiple complaints and being with two small children and they did not even waive a fee for that night. I was in line to check in for 2 hours. Then told I would get a txt when my room was ready. At 8 pm I went to complain and was told they were busy and I needed to keep waiting. At 11 pm I went to complain again and they gave me a room. Hotel isn’t worth it. There’s no room service available. Pool was packed; couldn’t find a place to sit. There’s only 2 slides (no real water park). Have to walk long distances to get to places. It’s not worth it at all. Save your money. And the customer service is horrible.

For the most part the rooms were fairly clean. Dusty lights and fire alarms, calcium build up on shower doors, the kids bedroom remote never worked and we called to get it fixed but no one came. Kids tub ran water with the faucit off completely not a drip a run like it was on. The facility is a cashless resort if you dont know. Parking is charged at check in and is not included in room rate 35 a night and we parked on the top floor when it rained we got rained on because there is no covering on that floor. Dont forget your resort fee thats a extra 300 on top of everything for the water park thats on site that has maybe 2 water slides a lazy river a kids splash pad and a couple of pools. I dont think thats worth it, plus it closes at 5pm evey day during the week so if you plan on going to parks your kids wont be able to attend the water park it closes early. The 3 pools that close at 10pm have hardly any seating so chairs need to be added. There is no complimentary breakfast which is the least that can be done with the amount of money you spend. Overall 3 star experience great place to stay for family fun but listen to the reviews.

My young son and I loved the resort! The waterpark, pools, and hot tub were our favorite features. We loved the arcade and indoor mini golf too. The grounds were well maintained, and we enjoyed the lake and courtyard views. The two bedroom condo was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the meal options at the Valencia restaurant.

We had a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. One shower we couldn’t use because it didn’t have hot water. The door to this bathroom did not shut properly and we had to use a garbage can to close it each time. Coffee maker was terrible. TV did not work for the first 2 nights. Only 1 restaurant with limited options. Market had only limited food options. Our trash sat in front of our room for 2 days before it was picked up. Pool is not heated. There is only 1 shuttle each day each way to the parks and the shuttle times don’t align with park hours. I would not recommend this resort.

The room was super clean and tons of space. We had the 2br condo and loved it. Big walk in closet for both sides. Large bathrooms and rooms. Full kitchen area and washer and dryer. Staff was solid.

The windows wouldn’t close all the way, so the air wouldn’t stay on longer than 2 minutes. The carpets in the hallways, elevator, and rooms were dirty and dingy, and the hallway always smelled of marijuana. They put us in the wrong room, and took over an hour to resolve the issue. No blankets or pillows were provided for the sofa bed the entire 5 nights we stayed, and the front desk cannot be reached from the room phone. The guest services line of the phone always hung up. Will never stay here again

The resort had alot to offer for a family vacation. There were however some drawbacks. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and there were some obvious things not included - oven mitts - dish cloth - scissors - enough dishes for the amount of people allowed in the room Also the grocery store on site is WAY too expensive.
