After staying here a few times already. This was the worst visit of all. Firstly, The check-in process was subpar at most A staff member with blond hair, didn't even greet us properly to the resort. She did not ask much other than my credit card and handing me the paperwork with telling me of any activities, location of the cottage, etc.. It felt very distance and uncomfortable at most.
When we got the cottage, it started to look great but getting a closer look at rooms, we found a broken handle that was sharp when touched and a broken king size bed that looked like a U Shape before you slept in it. I immediately texted and call the front desk to get this serviced but it was around 9pm and they would come by the next day.. They never Noted it on my account and no one ever came. The day we checked out I spoke with another member in the front desk and she was very helpful and made sure that it was noted in the account of the poor conditions that we had. This was the positive side of things overall. I loved this place but Customer service and Upkeep is a must in order to get repeat customers.
