Ive already gave them this feedback. We were truly disappointed on this trip and considering we got married here and we come every year for our anniversary. We were pretty disappointed when we decided to spend eight days for Thanksgiving with what we found. The Internet didn’t work. The tablet didn’t work. The hooks were falling off the wall in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. I was really disappointed as well as my wife to not just find it in this condition but when we told them about it amongst some other issues that we had they kept saying they would address it and it took multiple phone calls to get it addressed along with the fact that we weren’t compensated or offered anything just to say hey we care about you guys as customers and at a minimum they could’ve at least moved the room instead of allowing us to deal with it we even had a sink that wouldn’t drain and that still wasn’t fixed until we left even though they told us it was fixed

Managers are lovely, front desk staff rude and useless. Had so many things go wrong and then to add insult to injury they have overcharged me 100 dollars difference to the final bill (cocked up by a lack lustre front desk employee) this place was not worth the hassle, we had previously spent 8 wonderful nights at Disneys Port Orleans and this was a great disappointment

The mat between queen beds was very slippery and the metal thing holding the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel was not locked and it fell down my foot. It was good I took it out in time. Other than that everything was perfect.

The young girl who checked us in, seemed a little disjointed and was all over the place. Also was very displeased that we had to pay $15 a day to park the car. The Folio and Checkout Option on the TV didn't work ever and I had to ask for my folio, the ice machine on the 1st floor was broken also. It was a very different experience than the first time. The bar/restaurant was also under construction. Seems an odd time to be doing work, during the busy holiday season and then to charge parking on top of that... I never got a final folio either. I had to ask for it two days later.
