The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room is very clean and tidy. Very good daily breakfast. The loundy part should be more accessible and be able to pay directly at the machines without having to look for an employee to activate the machines. In general, everything is very good.

Very kind staff. The room was updated but humid. The bathroom was also old. You get what you paid for and this is a good 1-2 night stay if you’re in the area for a short period of time. Complimentary breakfast and no resort/parking fee is a great feature!

The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a king bedded room. We had a couple of minor issues which were sorted very quickly. The breakfast area was staffed and spotless, with a really good range of choices. Coffee and hot tea was available 24 hours.

TV and A/C were good. But, no space to hang clothes, bed was saggy, room safe and alarm clock were broken. Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast was satisfactory and staff polite.

The room was clean and the floor was nice hard floors. The bathroom tub/shower needs to be replaced but it was clean/functional. It was good for a one night stay near the parks, but I think the outside of the hotel and surrounding area seems run down and needs to be updated to be more appealing.

The property exceeded my expectations. I had a very good stay. Convenient location, the room was clean, excellent staff. Overall very good. One recommendation though is that the shuttle to the outlet malls could be made to the international premium outlet and the vineland outlet rather than the one it currently shuttles guests to.

If you can stay somewhere else, it’s probably best to do so. We found 3 big bugs crawling on the wall, mirror and dresser. There were multiple tiny spiders in our beds. Room was very outdated and faucet and accessories in bathroom were old, broken or rusted. This hotel charges $3 to receive each package delivered there. Staff was really friendly except for Antonio and the Mexican girl that was in training with him. Breakfast was included in price but it was not the greatest and the same thing served everyday. Not worth the money.
