I was check the hotel around here and the property is not properly cleaned. The rooms are all very dirty and not clean properly. Many guests are complaints and one couple out Tampa complaints the service are very poorly. I was surprised that the hotel upgraded many good as like laundry and washing are new. It need to be more improve on cleaner rooms.

The overnight maintenance man was super sweet and helpful. The rooms safe was beeping very loudly at 4am and he had no problem finding it with a smile. The front desk staff was also very nice.

We stayed here before and loved it however this time wasn’t the same experience. I had a reservation Friday and checked in very late 2am once we got to the room the bathroom was dirty and there was a bug, I took a video for you. The bed closest to the ac was also broken. You could hear it when you lay down and your body shifts because of it. I did go to front desk in the morning and told them , however we were there for my daughter’s birthday weekend and had time sensitive plans. I had a second reservation for Saturday night as well. When I checked out I did speak to the young lady regarding it. I’m not sure how I feel about staying here again now.

Staff was rude . Even though we booked a room for wheelchair acc when we checked in he said if you want that room you will have no AC. No air conditioning in Fl!!!! Also we were mislead to believe we would get a breakfast not have to pay 17 dollars a person!!!

Considering we were at parks everyday this place was fine as a base. However if we weren’t so exhausted from the parks I don’t know how well we would have slept. The girl at reception was lovely and every other staff member we encountered were great including the cleaning staff. To say this place felt unclean wouldn’t be a fair description, the bathroom was spotless, nice shower with free toiletries, however the room felt damp from the second we got in there. We couldn’t walk barefoot because the carpet felt like it made your feet dirty and the sheets felt moist. Maybe due to the aircon but there was no air flow which didn’t help. Weird musty smell in the halls and you could hear the toilet flushing from the room above. There was an event one night which we were not made aware of with loud music, had we had the heads up we’d have made ourselves scarce. The pool was filthy, I couldn’t bring myself to get into it and my boyfriend had one dip, unlike us as we are both water babies. I would say fine for a couple nights but not comfortable at all for a two week stay. Great area for food places, we were spoilt for choice, but nothing walkable. Also a tip the gift shop on the corner of the road the side of the hotel is a complete scam, we didn’t try the others but defo avoid that one!
