"Although the property is located near an interstate hwy, the setting was quiet and the rooms were clean though older and in need of update. The bathroom was quite small which made it difficult for even one person to navigate and had no handles in the tub for mitigating falls. The breakfast selection was limited to fruit, juice and cereal but the staff made packaged foods in bags for guests to take for the rest of the day. Aside for some of these limitations, the our stay was good."

We needed a place to sleep, eat breakfast, and wind down at the end of the day while spending the rest of the day with our grandkids. It is an ideal venue for that schedule. The rooms were spotless. Everything worked. Our host was prompt in responding to all our questions and needs. We would definitely stay there again."

The sunrises were spectacular and we very much enjoyed all the bird and wildlife viewing on the lake. The house is conveniently located to many area attractions including Tampa and its beaches.
