No tv guide so I had to keep flipping through channels, the guide & menu button on the remote didn’t work. Asked for a jetted tub & was sent to a room with no jetted tub. Wasn’t a warm welcome. Couch/pull out couch was UNCOMFORTABLE/HARD. No information giving to us knowing that it was our first time. Had to keep calling the front desk to ask where everything was in the hotel. Also paid for a balcony & wasn’t put in the a room with a balcony until we had to tell them our room had no balcony.

Start off biggest dislike was you can’t get a cart to take your luggage to your room. They say it’s free but the bell hop will not give it to you. Also the parking fee had to park across the street. However I love the 2 bedroom I had and the view was so cool of the casinos. I just wish the 2nd bedroom had 2 beds. Not sure why they don’t have 2 beds since they catering to families. We went to magic show that was fun. Only had to elevator 1 for too long but mostly that was ok

The room was clean and as advertised with a great view of the ocean. The elevator system can be improved on to allow for a much more optimized process, but since I was there in October, I did not feel the effects of it, but I’m sure that during the peak season it can be along time to get an elevator. Very close to the boardwalk about a three minute walk and well lit even late at night. There was the one incident of the emergency alarm and we had to evacuate, but that was no fault of the building itself rather a guest fault for triggering the smoke alarm overall, I would recommend stay at this location.

I love this place. This is the only place my husband & I stay unless they are booked up. The hot tub is amazing & the view of the water is so relaxing. Staff is on point & very accessible. I definitely would recommend this property

Family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 night stay for AC marathon. We stayed in a one bedroom condo on the 30th floor (Rm 3005). The condo was very clean with a full kitchen, eating area, and jet tub. There was a complimentary magic show on the 6th floor one night that the kids enjoyed. Elevators were slow but the building did have 30 floors. Parking is $25 per night. 5 min walk to boardwalk and casino. Would stay again.

one elevator was down for the whole weekend which is kinda crazy considering how many floors and rooms are on the property. they had security policing the elevators during "high traffic" times to move the process along however we waiting at least 15min everytime we had to use it. Being on the 31st floor we just felt a little uneasy about it - god forbid there was an emergency and we needed to get out. saturday night the fire alarms went off being someone in another room triggered the smoke detectors , thank god it wasnt anything major
