Well located in quiet neighborhood. Well appointed, but not as clean as I would have hoped. When I notified the owner that I found hair in the shower drain and other cleanliness issues the owner responded that he was sorry I was disappointed, but made no effort to remedy. I was booked for 3 weeks. This was my first VRBO experience, perhaps I was expecting too much?

Great little spot in a neighborhood just outside of Atlanta. We had a show at the AmericasMart convention center and were able to get to the MARTA and several great little food spots within a short drive. Check in and out were super easy and chill, spot was clean - only thing is that there was no bathing soap provided, so bring some body wash. Great stay, I'd stop here again!

The pictures do not lie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, it was quiet, the neighborhood was beautiful safe and peaceful, the bed was extremely comfortable and I absolutely LOVED the bathroom. I highly recommend staying here as the hosts are a lovely family.

It’s ok

My stay was overall was ok. It wasn’t the best cleaned place. Some of the towels weren’t clean.there is a washer and dryer so we were able to wash them. There is good AC and the set up is nice but There were old food stuck in the sink upon arrival and there’s on 1 tv and the coffee maker doesn’t work. It’s ok for a college kid but it’s not what I expected . It’s not the worst but it was just ok.

First the good: communication, check-in and location were great. Everything worked. Closet had plenty of hangers. Seperation from the main house occupants was good - couldn't hear anyone. Tight quarters but certainly enough room for the two of us. Semi bad: not a thorough job of cleaning. Refrigerator definitely could have used more cleaning. We really tried to use just one shelf or bin for food. We found only one kitchen towel so we improvised with bathroom towel. Moved a dresser to get to an outlet and found quite a layer of dust and dirt behind and under it. Bathroom toilet could have had a better job of cleaning. No fresh hand soaps or soap dispensers, we had to buy some. Worst news: the mattress was horrible! I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. My feet were higher than my rump. It seemed as if there was a crater in the mattress on my side. If I attempted to sleep on my stomach as I sometimes like to do, I would have probably thrown out my back. This certainly was a deal breaker for me to give a good recommendation. I wish I had a better report.

Perfect accomodations!

This was a quick 3-day business strip. The home is located about 20 minutes outside downtown Atlanta. All amenities were in the home and the owner was very easy to communicate with. This will be my go-to rental when we are back in Atlanta.

Great place to stay

Received a text confirmation from John after booking and a welcome text the day before my arrival with instructions and information. I asked some questions via text and they were answered quickly. The place is as pictured, the only surprise was the stairs leading up. Very clean and mostly quiet in a good neighborhood. The kitchen is supplied with the basics and the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again.
