The 2nd bedroom also has a new bath. Two home offices, 2 car garage, A/C, gas fireplace, sonos throughout, smart TV’s in bedroom & living room. Amazing outdoor living space with views of Aspen Mountain, large private back yard and wrap-around patio with gas grill, dining and lounge area with firepit. Easy walk to town, and on bus route. Walking distance to hiking trails. Dogs welcome! (yard is not fenced).
We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Aspen Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds.
