The location of Aschau in the Zillertal is ideal for skiers and snowboarders of all levels, because the free ski bus takes you quickly and easily to the two ski areas Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and Spieljoch, as well as to all neighbouring villages in the First Holiday Region Fügen-Kaltenbach. The Aschau valley run from the Hochzillertal ski area ends on the outskirts of Aschau, from where the village can be reached directly within a very short time by ski bus. This leaves nothing to be desired for piste professionals and ski aces. For all children, Aschau offers a great facility in the heart of the valley with the Aufenfeld campsite
