Logement proche du centre ville. Simple mais propre. Le bruit des voitures côté rue (chambre et salle de bain) m'a dérangé, la rue est assez fréquentée. Côté salon et cuisine c'est très calme.Mes messages auprès de la conciergerie sont restés sans réponse.

Malgré le congelateur qui a fui et malgré la chaleur, nous avons passé un bon weekend!l'appartement est situé à 10 minutes de TERRA BOTANICA, il y a un carrefour city au bout de la rue si besoin et il est proche du centre ville d'Angers.Le logement est simple mais dispose de l'essentiel pour quelques nuits.
