Nestled in the foothills of Altea Hills, this family home “Casa Altea” is the perfect gathering spot for a wonderful vacation. The fresh decor and interiors are beautiful. The gourmet kitchen and stunning great room will be the perfect place to gather and relax after a day at the beach.



The living room has a smart TV, free WiFi (optical fiber) a comfortable couch, an air conditioning and the fireplace will help take the chill off at night while you enjoy a book or a family card game. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and culinary tools you will need for an enjoyable dining experience.



The decor of the master suite is classy and timeless, a beautiful king bed awaits you, with a fitted wardrobe, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a bath-shower combination with toilet and sink.



The other three bedrooms, one on the first floor and the other on the third floor, have double beds, wardrobe and two bedrooms with air conditioning. And in the two other bathrooms you can find a shower or a bath-shower combination, toilet and sink.



The terrace and garden next to the sparkling communal pool provide enough space during your holiday and is furnished with a lounge set, a gas barbecue with adjacent outdoor dining area. There is even a covered parking space in the garage.

1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this villa.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. For this, an additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.

3: That a staircase is required at all times to reach the house and the pool next to the house is communal - not private.

4: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

5: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

6: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

7: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
