Heater was broken, but we were too tired to say anything. It is a really nice place for the dollar. The pool is heated and indoors. Staff is lovely. Would 100% stay here again .

The room was clean and everything was working. Missed a box of tissues, the staff said they must be out. The atrium with pool and hot tub sets this hotel apart from the rest. Breakfast is served here like a food court. Keeping this hotel for when we return to Alexandria.

Room was great. Front desk moved us to first floor without prompting as we were traveling with a toddler. Maintenance promptly fixed the TV issue we encountered. Breakfast options were plentiful and breakfast staff was pleasant and friendly. Bagels were a bit on the hard side. Love the indoor pool and hot tub!

The staff was friendly and informative. The place was really clean, except the refrigerator. I would book there again. The food at breakfast was hot and great. There were bars of soap. One hotel we stayed at this weekend did not have soap, we had to go buy a bar. Thanks for the soap.

Spacious room and comfortable bed, but pillows could do with being replaced. Microwave, fridge, coffee machine. Appreciated use of the excellent heated indoor pool. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice in a very well considered dining area. Walking distance to eateries.
