Villa Rouss is a lovely 3-bedroom villa located just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Cala'n Porter. This popular urbanisation offers a good variety of shops and restaurants within easy reach. The famous Cova d'en Xoroi is also nearby and the beautiful fine sand beach is a short distance from the villa.



This charming villa has a private pool and a barbecue, perfect for several days of relaxation in the sun and enjoying unforgettable family holidays. The maximum capacity of the villa is 5 people and it has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free WiFi. Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, combi fridge, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and washing machine.
