Welcome to our unusual, brand new and tastefully decorated apartment!

Located in a quiet area, a few metres from Cours Mirabeau, in the historic centre of Aix en Provence, in the heart of the city's golden triangle, it is in the pedestrian zone, ideal for fully enjoying the city on foot.



This property is hidden from view, at the end of a small courtyard, in a historic and secure building. Atypical, with exposed stonework, this property is warm and fully equipped with new fittings.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes:

- A living room with Wi-Fi and connected TV.



- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge/freezer, open to the living room.

- 2 bedrooms with double bed ( 140x190cm and 160x200cm) and wardrobe

- A bathroom with bathtub

- A workspace.

- A travel crib for babies is available

-A washing machine is also available.



Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).



On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

The courtyard is accessible by car for unloading your luggage. You can then park in one of the public car parks in the vicinity. The nearest car parks are 5 minutes away.

The location is sensational, close to everything in the centre of Aix. Quiet, modern inside a C17 building. Ground floor easy access. Comfortable beds in 2 rooms meant for good night's sleep. Sofa in lounge room. Shower over bath

Great location

The apartment was in a very good location. The space was very good. I would have given 5 stars but the place was not very clean. The floors were very dirty as well as the AC units. But the AC units worked very well.
