This new and elegant apartment is a stone's throw from the historic centre of Aix en Provence, just a 2-minute walk from the Rotonde and Cours Mirabeau. 200 metres away you will find the Allées Provençales, the Grand Théâtre de Provence.
The bus station is a 5-minute walk from the bus station and a 10-minute walk from the train station.
As a passionate host, I have arranged and designed the premises to make you as comfortable as possible. Whether you are here to explore the picturesque alleys, discover the cultural richness of the region or simply to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate, you will find everything you need for a perfect stay.
It is a duplex on the second floor of a luxury building. All rooms have air conditioning. It has:
- a large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.
- upstairs, the living room with connected TV and free Wi-Fi.
- 4 bedrooms equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) with a real comfortable mattress (two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs)
- a travel cot with mattress is available with a sheet.
- an open bathroom in each bedroom (shower and washbasin)
- 3 toilets (one downstairs and two in the bedrooms upstairs)
Linen is provided (sheets, bath towels and tea towels).
A travel cot and high chair are available.
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
The closest car park to the apartment is La Rotonde, which is an 8-minute walk away (secure public pay car park).
Our accommodation is pet-friendly.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will find the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
