The bathroom has disposable sanitary ware, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, etc.). On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The modern studio is equipped with two TVs with terrestrial and IPTV channels. Especially on the 2nd floor there is a Playstation5 gaming console, air conditioning and autonomous oil heating.
