Fantastic recently renovated flat with privileged location in the heart of Playa de las Americas. It has a spacious bedroom and a single sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchenette and a spectacular balcony with sea views where you can eat or spend hours.

The residential offers two communal swimming pools with solarium, one for children. The apartment provides pool/beach towels. There is a parking space available. Furthermore, Playa del Bobo beach is 5 minutes away and Troya beach is a 10 m. walk away.
