The flat is about what you would expect for the price. It is in a good location and easy walk to Union Street and public transportation. We arrived around 8:30pm on our first night to discover the flat is on the fourth floor with no lift. Also the only light that worked was a flickering one on the ground floor. It was pitch black on the top floor. Also the door to the building didn’t lock. This made us feel unsafe and we left the property early. We reached out to management twice and nothing was ever done. Stairwell was disgustingly dirty as well. Would not stay here again.
