"Staff was wonderful. We went during spring break so it was definitely busy and they were very accommodating. Room was nice, but we waited a very long time and never got a text for checking in early. Hotel staff was absolutely amazing! Can’t complain about anything there. The view was amazing and the location was absolutely stellar! The Check and Desk can be difficult to find you have to walk quite a ways from the front area and the valet can be difficult to get in and out of. But other than that, they are wonderful. Can’t complain about the price or the location at all! In the staff again was amazing."

"1st it’s very mediocre. Rooms are not updated. Elevator not working so we had to climb 3floors to our room. Check in was at 3pm. I checked in online before check in. Arrived at Hotel and room wasn’t ready, but other guests rooms were ready and I had been waiting for hours. I was told my room wasn’t ready because I wasn’t face the street view and I had a king. I asked if they had a queen ready I’d take that instead of a queen if that’s what taking so long. However, I needed help printing my boarding pass for my cruise ship, and the clerk helped me out tremendously getting it printed because something wasn’t working with sending it to the hotel email. Although, she accommodated me with the printing. I will not be staying at this establishment again. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room. Staff was top notch. Unfortunately, I would probably never stay at that hotel again. The walls between rooms were so thin, we were able to hear the entire conversations from the guests staying next door. It’s not something we’d expect from a hotel chain of that caliber. Perfect location, great staff but we just could not sleep in our room. We left very disappointed."

"I needed a room overnight with my two daughters. It was emergency situation. Would not stay there. It is for solo travelers for sure. Good location though and friendly employees. I am still waiting for my $50 security deposit back."
