The hotel had good amenities. Location was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was hit or miss, had to call for service sometimes, requests for extra towels, coffee, etc were sometimes missed. Generally a good property, excellent location for South Beach. Yes, I'd stay here again and would recommend the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean.The staff was nice and friendly! The check- in was chaotic. We got wet from the rain.It was very disappointing.Even though we paid very expensive valet parking.The hotel was very stingy.We didn't not get any complimentary bottled water in our room.Our room was on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator access. Carrying the luggage wasn't easy. The location is very nice .Thats the reason , I rated it good! The smoking outside the hotel was bothersome to us.The food was amazing.
