Construction going on downstairs was annoying throughout our stay, but that was separate from the hotel. Otherwise, hotel was comfortable, clean, and convenient with high-tech systems as well as close location to everything. Would definitely stay here again once the restaurant they’re building downstairs is finished.

The hotel and stay was honestly a 10/10 for me. I stayed from Saturday - Monday and the only thing I could find that would make me not want to return is the shower. I don’t know if it was just my room, but the pressure system was not up to par. Other than that, it was great. Room was clean, small but cozy. The breakfast food was ok. The area is very convenient, only one block away from a strip of popular shopping stores, local street vendors on Sunday, and plenty of food options. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I love the convenience of this Hotel to restaurants and shopping. Everything was fresh and clean. The rooms are small, but if you plan on being out the majority of the time other than to go to bed, it’ll work.

We loved the CitizenM Hotel! The modern and high tech hotel stay was relaxing, and luxurious! The wonderful staff service was swift and pleasant! The staff stored our luggage for us without hesitation and this was relief for us. We enjoyed the restaurants and shops located near the hotel. We used the Lyft service during our stay, and was easily pick up and dropped off at the front door of the hotel! South Beach is close by.The CitizenM Hotel is picture perfect!!!

Perfect sized room, BLACK OUT CURTAINS, whole room controlled by ipad so once im comfy in bed, I dont have to leave it! Bar food is delicious, especially the 4 cheese pizza!
