The staff was super nice and the room and hotel were clean. The location was great and the roof top was very nice. The room was very small however and we thought the stay was pricey considering.

The hotel felt like staying at a nice youth hostel. It was very clean, but the bed was against 3 of the 4 walls (would have been awful if I was staying with my spouse), the bathroom sink is in the bedroom, the bathroom itself is so small that my knees barely cleared the door when sitting on the toilet. This is not close to a "9" rating, but more like a 2.

I had a great stay at citizenM Miami hotel. The vibe is modern and stylish, and the rooms although compact are clean, cozy, and designed really well. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved the tablet that controls the lights, shades, and temperature. The location is perfect and close to everything, and the rooftop pool was a nice bonus. Just keep in mind the rooms are small, but if you’re looking for a cool, convenient, and affordable place to stay in Miami, citizenM is a great choice.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel. It was very high tech and the location is perfect. Everything that you need is within walking distance. The check-in is really easy. I love all the gadgets in the room that allows you to set everything to your preference, from the lights, temperature and mood. I would definitely stay here again!!
