"We got there to check in & had to wait because no one was at the front then we were asked to pay an additional $34 for some type of fee and $100 deposit for the room. After making payment he says “the bad news is you’re on 3rd floor and the elevator is broken” he helped us get our bags up the steps. Carpets disgusting. Got to the room, wanted to use the bathroom, flush doesn’t work, wanted to shower, no water. Rusty shower ! Dirty floors, walls, but good Customer service . Love that it was close to everything hookah lounge, restaurants, cvs."

"Was given the wrong room, paid for a view and eventually changed. Paid for breakfast and it was not up to standard with a pretty limited choice. The pools were closed due to a conference being held there so we could use them, we were not informed this when booking our stay."
