While the hotel lobby and pool are nice, the room itself was very dated and not very clean, so I ultimately felt that it was not worth the price. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and the view from the restaurant is gorgeous; however, considering that the restaurant accepts reservations from non-guests, I didn't feel that the restaurant experience was enough to justify the stay for me. The hotel is located in a prime location though

Absolutely loved my stay! Luis is the best and made our stay so memorable from start to finish. I enjoyed Baia beach club as well! Olga was amazing so hospitable and fashionable! I would definitely go back

The water in our suite was luke warm at best. They sent someone to check and then "fix" resulting in our shower going from luke warm to warm. Furniture stains. Bedroom TV inoperable

The staff were not very friendly. We were never greeted when entering the hotel by any of the staff, doormen or front desk. Staff never came to our room when we notified them that there was no safe in the room. They simply moved us to another room. The shower head never stopped leaking during our stay. Key card in for new room had to be re-activated repeatedly. This was annoying.

A great hotel and wonderful service!

This is an absolutely beautiful property. Amazing Bay views of downtown Miami exceptional service wonderful drinks. Although the food and beverages are a little costly, the service is superb.
