Reservation was for 1 king bed study. Because the hotel over booked I got 2 queen beds both of which were very used and noisy. I asked about the confusion and was told to take it up with CheapTickets. I won’t stay there again

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk and shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and kind. Shuttle service was excellent to train station and airport. BREAKFAST BAR was not the best. Fresh food would be nice over powdered eggs and waffle bar. Dining area had dirty tables and floors. Overall the hotel was comfortable and staff was attentive and helpful. We would stsy here again. aBrairport!

Great other than the shuttle would not let me grandpa and husband on the bus because it was “full”. However there was 1 empty seat and also on the way back he stopped and grabbed a family of 4 from a resturant.

Half the outlets were faulty, the toilet paper was subpar, the photos showed a hot tub but there was none. The pool and the bar actually closed 30min prior than the time they stated. And I never saw where parking was going to cost me $30/day. Huge expense to consider. The room was nice and clean though.
