The area seemed okay. The staff was beyond friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Lots of amenities. The beds were comfy and my view from my room was nice.

First, the building from the outside is terrible. Second, we were not able to have the wifi in our room (we were at the extreme left of the hotel). Our problem was said to the front desk and we had a « we can’t do anything ». Third, when we got to our room, there were white stains on the carpet. Probably blood stains as said in another review. Our bath wasn’t clean at all and there were hair on and in the bed. We had to put t-shirt as pillow case. There was also a big spider right on the wall. Fourth, people next to our room were having a bad argument. All we could hear was screams and bad words from them from 9pm to 10:30pm. The only good thing is the lady at the front desk. I had an online meeting and she gave me the permission to use another room in the hotel (lack of wifi in our room). Summary: don’t go there. We paid around 150$ a night and I would have pay 250$ to go somewhere else.

The room is very small. no elevator to the second floor, so it’s inconvenient to take lots of staff. It’s noisy, we can even hear the step sound from the upstairs. The AC is too loud. The breakfast is limited.

The carpet in our room had blood and other stains. Wore my shoes the whole time. Bathroom needed updating. Bar was bellow our room and there was very little sound attenuation between. Music played until midnight on a Sunday. Free breakfast options were limited.

It was a calm experience the room did need a little repair bathroom sink didn’t work properly I couldn’t change the channel on the tv and beds still had random hairs on the sheets and pillows but I would still recommend it’s affordable and friendly

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was average for a hotel, 7-9. The do offer dinner and a bar although we did not dine. For the location to Boston and Salem, cost, and safe area I am very happy with our stay. And the lakeside view at breakfast was wonderful

For one night it wasn’t bad. But the lack of cleanliness was adding up. The room door barely fit the area and honestly finding cigarette type ash on the bedspread was the finally nail. Wanted to like this place because there are stunning views of the lake but overall needs just a bit more upkeep.

Lovely little property right on the lake. Lots of lovely wild flowers along the shore. Friendly staff, comfy bed. Live music weekend nights at club on site. Plenty of free parking.
