I had a bad airport shuttle pick up experience. Not the shuttle per se. The front desk was really unhelpful in coordinating that. I was left to freeze in the cold for 1 hour without clear guidelines on tracking my shuttle. I think that should be improved!

Room was very clean and spacious and 24/7 shuttle service was seamless a quick call From the baggage claim to be picked up and dropped off the the departure terminal. Unfortunately they no longer do breakfast box to go which I didn’t find out until the day off so if you have an earlier departure you’ll need to plan ahead. We have stayed in Embassy suites every time we travel and they have never disappointed.

Room was very quiet and you could get the room very dark so it was excellent for sleeping! But, I couldn’t get the heat to work and it was single digit temps outside so it was cold. I used the blanket from the closet so made it work

The hotel and the room were very old. We tried to have an early checking and they didn’t allowed us. We could get the bedroom after 2 pm. The breakfast buffet was the best part.
