The staff has always been super friendly, the room clean, the breakfast always had a few warm items and was included in the room price so who can complain! Con’s, the room air conditioning blew very hard and cold at times, and it took a couple of times to tap my key to get into my room, but that could have been user error. Overall I enjoy staying here, which is why I chose to stay here once again."

"The thing that was good there was the ladies in the restaurant for breakfast. They were very nice and very helpful. But don’t pay the higher price for breakfast. It’s all the same. They really need to update. The place carpets are very stained and dirty. Coming into the place to register needs a major paint job it’s like they’re just letting it go. They said there’s a pool there but they have no instructions or tell you nothing about where the pool is or nothing. They said you can order room service, but there’s no menus in your room to let you know what they have and how much it cost."

"When checked in we went to room to find it not cleaned and beds not made. The next room they gave us the AC was not working. The third room was better but sink had a slow drain. There were issues with the room phone to call front desk. Ran out of hand and shower soap."
