A home away from home. Wouldn't stay elsewhere. So nice, family members separately said they would like to find a reason/excuse to stay there! And from the business side: The property really takes care of business travelers, making sure you can direct your attention to whatever you need to get done. In-hotel food and service is off the hook. Been to Ritz Carlton; wouldn't take it over the kind, professional, sincere attention to guests that you can experience at Richmond Marriott Short Pump. An amazing stay!

Location was great with a lot of shops and restaurants near by. Just under a 20 minute drive from downtown Richmond so I was able to enjoy a quality hotel for a more reasonable rate and parking included. The room was clean, minimal wear and tear, and a friendly staff. They were more than happy to provide extra bottles of water. Would definitely recommend for travelers of all types.
