"This has got to be one of the grossest hotels I've ever stayed at. Non-smoking but there are burn marks everywhere and the hallway always had trash on the floor. The rooms were bad too, killed a roach next to my toilet when I first checked in, the sink was missing the knobs for the faucet, there was a sticky spot on my floor, the pillows were so flat you had to fold both of them in half and put them on top of each other just to keep from hurting your neck, the room was anything but soundproof I could hear people opening and closing their doors from all the way down the hall in the middle of the night. Pet friendly hotel but the entire staff seemed to be scared of animals, they wouldn't walk past me if I had my dog with me, also seemed like they didnt speak much english except for the front desk? My mom asked for an ice bucket because her room didn't have one and they refused to give her one. Our keycards stopped working after 1 day and we had to get them reset. When we first got there and were assigned our rooms, both rooms had their doors wide open, cleaning staff was in one room so I assumed cleaning staff was in the other as the tv was also on, stood outside the room and waited a bit and never saw anyone moving around, went inside the room and there was no one there, turned off the tv and it never worked after that."
