"1. The outside pool was closed it should of been open. Both pools look ready. Jacuzzi was going the whole time we were their. 2. I ask for someone to come at unit before we leave due they put 200.00 on your credit card I said we are not to want anything. Ask later again then was told incase for damage. I said before we leave I want the manager to check it. The time was set for 9:30 did not arrive. I texted them and was told will come when we leave. I called said the same thing again. I do not trust knowing that charges would be put on my card then I said we will not leave untill manager arrive. 20min later a young kid arrive that is NOT a manager. He said it is clean!! I pointed out something that I pointed out earlier that week. It was not taken care of. This experience that we went through should NEVER have happen. 3.
