"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the location was perfect. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. The house was clean and comfortable. Jeron was a great host-readily available and was flexible with our check-in time. If you’re in the area this is a perfect place to stay. "

"It was a very cozy and quiet place with comfortablemaster bed and cushy sofa for TV viewing...Loved the old feel of wooden floors and original metal frame, crank out windows. The Kitchen was large andadequate for any type of cooking or dining. Bathroom was small but shower had plenty of room.The place wasset in charming north side neighborhood with a smallbakery half a block away for early morning pastries andbreads. It is an upstairs unit that provides great sight lines from large deck with table and deck chairs, but that can be an obstacle for older or plus size people, just saying...overall a very peaceful stay with a few days of rain that is just perfect for relaxing and catching up on sleep.The surrounding Bellevue neighborhood is lush and green just perfect for a walk about"

"The house is very pleasant, with a modern kitchen and very nice bathrooms. Overall good amenities, exactly as advertised. One or two things were missing (eg an iron and ironing board), but the property manager dealt with this very quickly and 100% to our satisfaction. Based on this I would give this property a TOP review. However, what can't be seen on VRBO is that the neighborhood is quite rough: for example, the neighboring house looks dilapidated, with a wreck of a car parked outside; on one occasion, while standing on the porch at the front of the house, a neighbor shouted at us, accusing us of taking her mail - she called me "officer" and was quite threatening. Also, as the house is on a corner, at the intersection of 2 roads with a stop sign, we could hear cars (with loud exhausts and playing loud music) late into the night slowing down at the stop sign, before driving off. For us the neighborhood spoilt our 4-day stay."
