Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!

The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.

We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.

The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access. Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Breakfast buffet had issues - coffee seemed to be in short supply and the sausage patties were burnt and inedible (unless you like hockey pucks). Wi-fi was wonky - had to reboot computer twice before it worked and had the same problem the next morning. Having to use keycard for elevator is annoying (especially when hands are full). Seems to be a new hotel which is not quite ready for prime time
