I didn’t get the room I originally booked. I booked one king suite, but was put in a double bed room. Also I get into the room, and there are no towels, washcloths, or hand towels, & I killed four roaches. Checked in around 730 ended up leaving around 11. Also there was no remote to the tv, so you couldn’t watch tv at all smh. Horrible experience!!

Had to switch rooms 6 times due to roaches in the 1st room 2nd room across the hall from the 1st room same 3rd room beside 2nd room door would not lock 4th room the key card would not work 5th room on a different floor had clothes all in it like someone was living in it all the time 6th room finally finely was ok. the rooms felt neglected. The bathrooms had mold on the ceiling. The sheets had stain and hair all over them. The tv screen had full of dust. The carpets were not vacuumed, and bathroom air vent were full of human dead skin.

The hotel needs to be cleaned thoroughly and maintained in many ways. Dirty elevator, dirty hallway. The bathroom above ours had a leak that was coming down through the ceiling to our bathroom. After informing of the problem they fixed it, but there was still a nasty smell. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I'm not sure if they even completely cleaned the room. There were cockroaches on the floor and the wall when I woke up this morning and there was one bath towel in the bathroom. And the door handle was broken to get into the room.Every time you shut the door it fell on the floor

Stayed overnight, third floor room 310, dirty elevator, dirty floor, cracking ceiling in the bathroom, and cockroaches in the bathroom, crawling, so disgusting. Never experienced anything like this, even in a motel. Forget about the breakfast, I won’t even touch them, not that there are much choice’s anyway.

We were in 3 different rooms during our 1 night stay. The first room had an odor, no pillows on the sofa, and lights didnt work. We moved to Rm 2. There was visible black mold in the bathroom. Roaches were also present. Lights also didn't work. In Rm 3, the curtains were broken, huge dirty spots on sofa, lamps missing bulbs, knob to closet broke , & no hot water. Offered to move us to another room and the water didn’t work there either. Tiles falling from the ceiling in the pool area and roaches in there as well. We were scared to even try breakfast. It was so disappointing. Please dont't book here.
