Room was very clean. Our shower dripped and the drops hitting the metal drain bar was so loud we had to keep the bathroom door closed. Also, the toilet didn't flush properly (tank didn't always refill correctly). It's weird, but our toilet was broken on our last stay there a year ago.
There was no decaf at the coffee bar. I know it's in the room, but why have two different kinds of caffeinated coffee and no decaf? Some people have medical problems (heart, etc) and cannot have caffeine. So they have to make coffee in their rooms and then come out for breakfast? That makes no sense.
My biggest issue, however, was the scrambled eggs. I am lactose intolerant. I am very good at avoiding lactose, but there was no signage stating that milk had been put into the eggs. I had severe cramping all afternoon and I will spare you the description of the aftermath. I have never had this happen at any restaurant. Please put some signs up saying that there is dairy in the scrambled eggs.
Other than the coffee and the eggs, everything was perfect. The staff is professional and friendly, and our lobby and room were spotless. We were on the first floor and it was pretty quiet.
